Over the summer I was lucky enough to capture Natalie and Andy’s tipi wedding, covering from the morning until the evening guests began to arrive.

I arrived to a contagious relaxing, content atmosphere. Natalie and Andy had set up their wedding reception the day before with the help of family and friends at the rural location of Inkersall Grange Farm. The wedding party were to camp out in tipis on the field next to the reception the night of the wedding.

From favourite alcoholic shots, a doughnut wedding cake and flowers hanging from empty gin and beer bottles, the personal touch the couple had on their big day was gorgeous, and such a big example of how weddings don’t have to stay traditional to be perfect.

The beauty of Natalies choice of flower crown instead of your usual tiara made by the wonderful frond and bloom.

On venue arrival I got extremely excited to walk in and notice not your usual fruit wedding cake, but a stack of the most delicious doughnuts by the local doughnotts.

Finishing off the evening with a pizza van from rustic crust, and shake the spirit on the bar.

The happy couple will be off honeymooning in Oz soon. Congratulations Nat and Andy!
